A client describes their need (a leak, a power failure, tiles to lay, a wall to build…): the request goes to verified technicians of that trade in that city. The first one to accept gets the job. The client commits to paying your callout fee (2,000 to 5,000 FCFA depending on the trade), even if they don't go ahead with the work. Accepting a request uses credits (1 credit = 500 FCFA).
On JeFala1Tech projects (new builds, renovation, extensions, maintenance, finishing works), a site manager gets each trade priced by craftsmen. You receive an invitation to price a lot, and you send your price and a photo of your quote from "My projects", without spending any credit. If you are selected, JeFala1Tech pays you in instalments as the works progress, with a proof each time. If you need to travel to the site to price the work, the visit can be paid.

Requests for your trade in your city arrive as notifications, and site managers can invite you to price lots. Unavailable for a few days? Say so: you stop receiving requests until you are back.

Sign up as a technician on the JeFala1Tech app, enter your trade and city, then get your profile verified. You then receive requests from individuals in your city and invitations to price lots on construction and renovation projects.
On JeFala1Tech, site managers invite verified craftsmen to price the lots of their projects (masonry, tiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry…). Sign up, get verified, and answer invitations from "My projects" with your price and a photo of your quote.

Your profile is verified with your ID card and photos of your work. Then your clients' reviews build your reputation on the app.
